Charles Holbrook currently serves as an Assistant Legal Counsel for the Office of the Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine. Prior to joining that office, Mr. Holbrook was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office, with over 10 years of prosecutorial experience focused on narcotics prosecution. While working for the Franklin County Prosecutor, he successfully prosecuted homicide, human trafficking, gang, and other violent felony cases that had a nexus to narcotics crime. He received his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University.
