Holly Raffle, PhD, MCHES, is a Professor of Leadership and Public Service and Director of the Partnership for Community-Based Prevention at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. She is responsible for leading a portfolio of work centered on community-based behavioral health prevention and promotion, focusing on workforce and infrastructure development. Dr. Raffle has worked with the State of Ohio on initiatives such as the Ohio Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention, the Ohio Adult Allies and Children of Incarcerated Parents Initiatives, and the Ohio Healthy Youth Environments Survey (OHYES!). At the federal level, her portfolio of work has been funded by SAMHSA and HRSA to provide intensive leadership development, training, technical assistance, and evaluation services to Ohio communities as they address critical needs and issues related to mental health and substance use disorder.
