As Executive Director of the OneOhio Recovery Foundation, Alisha Nelson leads the statewide effort to strategically invest a portion of Ohio’s opioid settlement funds in addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery initiatives. She oversees the Foundation’s work with 19 regional partners and community stakeholders to ensure resources are distributed effectively to save lives and strengthen behavioral health systems across the state. Nelson is deeply committed to improving support for all Ohioans affected by mental illness and substance use disorders, guiding the Foundation’s mission to create long‑term, sustainable impact through evidence‑informed funding and collaboration.
