Kelsey Conn serves as an Intelligence Manager at ONIC and possesses more than 11 years of law enforcement experience. She conducts data analysis to generate intelligence that supports investigations of drug-related violent crimes. Conn has provided expert testimony in court regarding Intelligence Analysis in Digital Evidence. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
