We are very excited that you will be presenting at the All Ohio Counselors Conference (AOCC) October 27-29, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus Downtown. Please visit our schedule online to see your time slot(s) for your presentation(s): aocc.site/schedule

 


AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

Each meeting room will be set theater-style (rows of chairs) for sessions and classroom-style (tables & chairs) for workshops. Each workshop/session will have a screen/projection stand at the front. VGA/HDMI connection will be provided.

You will need to bring/provide your own laptop or other device and provide your own dongles/adapters to connect.

If you need a flip chart and/or markers, you will also need to provide those materials.

 


REGISTRATION

This is a reminder that all lead presenters and co-presenters will need to register for the conference. This can be done online by visiting aocc.site/registration.

If you or your co-presenters are presenting as a guest and not attending any other portion of the conference, please email Shawn Grime at allohiocc@gmail.com so we know to not expect your registration.
 
 
 
 

Upload Your Handouts
If you want us to post your handouts for the conference, please submit them by end of day Monday, October 18 to our Dropbox linked below. We will post them and make them available through the conference app.
