Matt Messier leads Foundry Commercial’s Mission Property Group, which has supported more than 3,000 religious, educational, and nonprofit organizations with real estate disposition, acquisition, and consulting across nearly all 50 states. As one of the original 12 partners who founded Foundry Commercial in 2007 (formerly CNL), Matt brought over 15 years of experience from Trammell Crow Company. He has advised denominations, extension funds, lenders, and schools on real estate analysis, management, and brokerage. Matt developed a national marketing program and a single-point-of-contact system for one of the country’s largest extension funds, managing this account for over 25 years. He is also a frequent conference speaker, webinar leader, and published author in industry magazines and periodicals.

One of Matt’s greatest joys was working alongside his late father, who taught him to approach every property with care and integrity. Matt and his team at Foundry continue to uphold these values.
