Carlin Beekman is a Senior Vice President for Foundry’s Brokerage Services team. She specializes in serving churches, denominations, and non-profit entities. Carlin helps our mission-minded partners make informed decisions about the properties they have been entrusted with. She is passionate about helping organizations leverage their real estate for Kingdom purposes and develop creative strategies for property utilization. Carlin works with clients on property research, due diligence, and end-to-end coordination of transactions and strategic initiatives in the Florida market, while assisting national partners with assignments and strategy creation across the country.

In her early years at Foundry Commercial, Carlin supported the Mission Property Group in its marketing efforts. As she spent more time with the team, she moved into a brokerage role and enjoys working closely with partners to make crucial decisions about their real estate.
