The Rev. Linda O. Norman is a respected financial leader and ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). She is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the ELCA Mission Investment Fund (MIF), overseeing financial and lending operations that support congregations and ministries nationwide. Norman has advanced through several leadership roles at MIF, including Vice President of Administration and CFO. Her career demonstrates a commitment to integrating faith and finance, with previous experience as controller and CFO of the ELCA Foundation and as controller and treasurer for the ELCA. Norman, a graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, began her ministry at Bethel Lutheran Church in Chicago, focusing on children's ministry before transitioning to financial stewardship for the wider Church. She also serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the ELCA Federal Credit Union Board, Vice Chair of the Good Samaritan Foundation Board, and as a board member of Luther Seminary. Norman consistently advocates for connecting congregations with resources to strengthen and sustain their communities.
