Dr. Natalie Grierson began her career in 2014 as a social worker, providing therapeutic services in schools, inpatient facilities, and in-home settings. After earning a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, she worked with adults and children in both inpatient and outpatient environments. In 2018, Natalie founded Grierson Counseling to promote wellness, with a focus on treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions. Dr. Grierson primarily serves clients with OCD or similar disorders, supporting them in managing symptoms, finding meaning, and living according to their values.

Natalie holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and is dedicated to training new and future counselors. She is a full-time lecturer in a graduate counseling program, provides clinical supervision, and consults with healthcare professionals treating OCD and related disorders. Natalie also presents on OCD in the community, conducts research, and writes articles to advance mental health understanding and reduce stigma.
