Carmella Hill (she/her/hers) is a licensed professional clinical counselor and supervisor in Ohio with over 27 years of experience in mental health across diverse settings and age groups. She is dedicated to clinical practice, professional development, and supervising licensure candidates. As a recognized speaker on cultural diversity, she frequently leads workshops and seminars for agencies, teams, and organizations. Carmella is committed to fostering multicultural awareness and sensitivity among professionals. Since 2005, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in higher education. In addition to her role at Mount Union, she serves as adjunct faculty in the counseling programs at Cleveland State University and Youngstown State University.
