Alicia Hall, LPCC-S, has practiced as a clinical mental health counselor since 2010, specializing in trauma-informed care, counselor well-being, career sustainability, and resiliency-building. Alicia is a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program, integrating trauma-informed practices into the curriculum. For the past 16 years, Alicia has delivered trainings on counseling, vitality, resiliency, and trauma at local, state, national, and international levels. Alicia also holds advocacy and leadership positions to advance trauma-informed practices and promote professional sustainability and resiliency, including roles within the Ohio Counseling Association, its divisions, and the Association for Humanistic Counseling.
