Audrey Akers is an experienced college counseling clinician and clinical supervisor, specializing in emerging adult populations and counselors-in-training. Audrey supports developing clinicians in building self-efficacy, professional identity, and effective engagement with Gen Z clients. Audrey’s research examines how emerging adults understand effort, challenge, and success, which informs integration of theory and practice in supervision.
