Generational differences are well documented in the workplace, yet less explored within counseling supervision. This session examines how generational dynamics between supervisors and supervisees may influence the supervisory relationship and power dynamics. Through an interactive format, presenters will share practical strategies for navigating generational differences to strengthen communication, enhance relational understanding, and support effective and ethical supervision.
