As one of the second-generation models of supervision (Bernard & Goodyear, 2019), the transtheoretical model of supervision provides supervisors a practical framework to guide their supervision practice. However, little is known regrading how supervisors can implement the transtheoretical model to promote self-care and wellness of supervisees. In this interactive presentation, the presenters discuss the utilization of the transtheoretical model of supervision including practical strategies and considerations that supervisors can use to promote supervisee self-care and wellness.
