This session will examine the ethical integration of AI with career counseling to highlight the creative expression of self-exploration, human ingenuity, and multiculturalism in the workplace. By exploring the current uses of AI in areas such as information gathering, decision-making, and job search tools, we will differentiate AI-generated work from human creation. Additionally, this session will explore the use of algorithms to educate counselors on this emerging technology and its impact on the counseling profession.
