Supervision and its competencies focusing on the lack of education and training in counselor preparation programs on clinical supervision will be addressed. Recommendations and guidelines will be provided to reduce the training and educational gaps in clinical supervision. Attendees will engage in interactive discussions and activities to enhance their supervision interventions when working with a range of diverse supervisees. Resources such as a supervision toolkit, supervision contracts, supervisee evaluations, ethical supervision decision-making, and models of supervision will be offered.
