Description

Grief is unpredictable and disorienting and traumatic loss (such as a suicide loss, homicide loss, and overdose loss) can amplify challenges. In this training, meaning-reconstruction theory will be discussed as a helpful paradigm when working with traumatized grievers. Practical interventions will be provided for counselors who desire to integrate meaning reconstruction theory in their clinical work.
