The authors aim to highlight the importance of the supervision process for enhancing supervisees’ multicultural orientation and to provide several strategies for use in the supervision process. First, governmental regulatory boards’ credentials and several field research are given to highlight supervision’s pivotal role in enhancing multicultural orientation. After the differences between multicultural orientation and multicultural competency are provided, strategies for improving supervisees’ multicultural orientation are presented.
