In this presentation, you will learn the significance of equity and how to create a culturally inclusive school environment. It is important to note that school environments as well as society are fluid and ever changing. Therefore, we must be dynamic and tactical in addressing inclusivity within schools. Within this presentation we will identify different types of diversity beyond sex, ethnicity, and race at the student and administrative level. We will be discussing the difference between equity and equality.
