This presentation will utilize small group and larger group discussion to explore potential data sources that can be utilized to identify student needs and equity gaps within the school in order to help create annual program and individual school counseling goals. Participants will be encouraged to examine how these goals could be applied to their individual Ohio School Counseling Evaluation System or program OSCAR and RAMP applications.
