In this session, leaders will explore the evolution of culture and the complexity of multiculturalism in a 21st century context. Leaders will also learn the difference between cultural competence and cultural humility and the merits of cultural humility in an educational context. Additionally, the genesis, history and evolution of cultural competence and cultural humility will be examined. This session will be interactive and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
